We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
In their original packaging
With all tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, earrings and any jewelry that comes into direct contact with the skin are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
