📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

⏱️ Processing Times

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard shipping options through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment confirmation.

📬 Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery concerns once a package is in transit.

🛍️ Local Pickup

Local pickup is not currently offered, but may be available in the future. Stay tuned for updates.

❌ Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you. You may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

🧾 Customs & Taxes

All applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. Since we only ship within Canada, no import duties or international fees apply.
