Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below before making a return.


Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused)

  • With original tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
If your return is approved due to a product issue, we will provide a prepaid return label.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at eyewearloopbymaci@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue.

If approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement or refund, and

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label, if applicable.

Items found to be damaged after delivery, altered, or misused are not eligible for a refund or replacement.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Earrings 

  • Jewelry that comes into direct contact with the skin (e.g., nose rings, ear cuffs, body jewelry)
  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Please note: Items returned in violation of these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.

Exchanges

To ensure you get what you want quickly, we recommend placing a new order after your return is accepted. This guarantees your desired item remains in stock.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Fraud Prevention

Eyewear Loop by Maci reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if abuse of this policy is suspected, including but not limited to:

  • Excessive or repeated return requests

  • False claims of damage or non-delivery

  • Returned items that do not match the original purchase
